This would be absolutely amazing for my dad at 84 he could teach the legends a few things I bet!
Joined the ' Legends Tour' last week of LFC , which proved to be the most enjoyable, inspirational and moving experience. The tour is really well structured, highlighting so many memorable past events along its route, to captivate both ardent fans and interested observers alike. Cabinets filled with legendary memorabilia from famous ex players/ managers, silverware won across a variety of competitions and short videos prove just how many talented, remarkable teams LFC have produced over the years. The new stand is stunning, adorned by wall to wall posters of past legends but it is the pitch and stadium that is hugely impressive. Our 'legend' was Phil Thompson, who was genuinely enthusiastic about LFC and gave so much time to everyone for photos and autographs. He was a lovely man, a polished performer and a great raconteur; truly hilarious! Ian, who introduced Phil was very funny too. I cannot commend the club enough for the 'Legends Tour, which made my brother's birthday" truly memorable. Well done LFC and for the best scouse I ever tasted in the Boot Room Café. The whole experience made me very proud to be a scouser!
Bought for my dad as a birthday present and he loved it. I'm not a football fan but it was brilliant. The tour guides (Lenny & Dave) were comedy geniuses who were passionate about LFC, all the staff were really helpful. The legends Jimmy Case & Dave Fairclough were so friendly and funny. Very well organised and the museum was very interesting. The only criticism I have was that lunch took ages to serve. Would definitely recommend it as a great day out
The best expierence, with my favourite player jimmy case a pure legend, it was brill had loads of photos taken, walking down the tunnel touching this anfield gave me chills. want to do it again
Went with my 10yo son and had a really good tour. It is not rushed and there are plenty of photograph opportunities. Highly recommended.
